Our walk with Jesus has been a journey of unwavering faith, steadfast obedience, and wholehearted commitment to His calling. Since the year 2000, Church of Glory has stood as a beacon of Christ's love, proclaiming the Gospel with passion and serving people with compassion. Founded on the unchanging truth of God's Word, our church is dedicated to making faithful disciples through sound biblical teaching, fervent prayer, heartfelt worship, and Christ-centered fellowship. We believe that true discipleship is demonstrated not only through learning God's Word but also by living it out through acts of love and service.

Our Story of Grace

Founder : Mrs.Sheela MangalRaj

Our History

Our church was born from a God-given vision placed in the heart of our beloved founder, Mrs. Sheela Mangalraj. After settling in the village, she was moved with compassion for the people and answered God's call to share the Gospel with the community. What began as a humble village ministry has, by God's grace, grown into a vibrant church family dedicated to serving Him.

With a heart full of love and sacrifice, Mrs. Sheela Mangalraj opened her home to children from the village. She cared for them, provided for their needs, taught them the Holy Scriptures, and introduced them to the saving love of Jesus Christ. Through her faithful discipleship, thirteen children were nurtured in the faith, and today they faithfully serve as leaders within the church. Their lives stand as a testimony to the transforming power of God's Word and the lasting impact of one person's obedience.

Mrs. Sheela Mangalraj was widely known for her compassion and servant-hearted spirit. She devoted her life to helping the poor, caring for the needy, comforting the brokenhearted, and extending Christ's love to everyone she met. Her ministry reflected the words of our Lord Jesus Christ—to love God and to love our neighbors.

In the year 2000, recognizing God's continued work and direction, Mrs. Sheela Mangalraj entrusted the responsibility of leading the church to me and our ministry team. Having received both God's calling and her blessing, we prayerfully accepted this sacred responsibility and committed ourselves to shepherding God's people with faithfulness, humility, and love.

Since then, we have continued to build upon the strong spiritual foundation she established. Our mission remains unchanged: to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples, strengthen families, equip believers through the Word of God, and serve our community with compassion.

Today, we thank God for His faithfulness throughout every season of our journey. As we look to the future, we remain committed to fulfilling the vision that began through Mrs. Sheela Mangalraj—bringing hope, sharing the love of Christ, and seeing lives transformed for the glory of God.

Now Mrs Sheela Mangalraj's Children and grand children are faithfully Carrying this ministry forward under the leadership of Mrs Indu Akka through their dedicated service, steadfast support and prayers.

• Two Decades

Senior Pastor

Pastor Ramesh is the Senior Pastor of Church of Glory, faithfully serving the Lord in pastoral ministry for more than 26 years. Called by God with a passion to preach the Gospel and shepherd His people, Pastor Ramesh has dedicated his life to building the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, discipleship, church planting, and compassionate ministry. Since assuming the leadership of the church in the year 2000, Pastor Ramesh has remained committed to nurturing believers, strengthening families, and equipping men and women to fulfill God's calling in their lives. His ministry is founded on the authority of God's Word, the leading of the Holy Spirit, and a deep desire to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.

By the grace of God, the ministry has raised and trained more than 50 leaders who now serve faithfully in various ministries within the church and in other Christian organizations. Through intentional discipleship and leadership development, many have been equipped to preach the Gospel, lead congregations, and impact their communities for Christ.

Under Pastor Ramesh's leadership, our ministry team has also been instrumental in planting more than 70 churches, extending the message of Christ to villages, towns, and unreached communities. In addition to church planting, the ministry continues to encourage, mentor, and support numerous pastors and churches through prayer, leadership training, biblical teaching, and practical assistance.

Pastor Ramesh's vision is to see every believer become a mature disciple of Christ, every community reached with the Gospel, and every church strengthened to fulfill the Great Commission. His unwavering commitment to God's Kingdom continues to inspire many to serve the Lord with faith, humility, and excellence.
